Magic Mendez is the founder of Magic Muzik Productions, LLC. and Magic Eye Muzik. Magic has written, produced and/or performed with Maurice White, Howard Hewett, The Emotions, Phil Perry, George Duke, Gerald Albright, Russ Freeman & The Rippingtons, The Manhattans, Glodean & Linda (formerly of Love Unlimited), and the late great Kevin Spencer of Dynasty who introduced Magic and Harmony to the The Whispers. The Duo's talent was, and continues to be a vital part of The Whispers Legacy. Magic has become The Whisper's longstanding producer, arranger, and vocalist. Harmony as background vocalist and assistant engineer.
Magic and Harmony currently perform with The Whispers. Magic on Bass and Vocals, and Harmony is the first female in the group's history, serving as Playback Engineer and Background Vocalist.
The versatile vocalists and multi-instrumentalists, Magic and Harmony have been performing together since meeting in New York at age 16.
Through empowering music and dynamic stage performances, Me & My Friends embraces diversity and unity while pursuing a shared Vision.
